Sensitive Dance: Didactic Method

Sensitive Dance  proposes to live the very nature of movement by entering into its sensorial dimension so as to be able to read its messages as they arrive, leaving them to generate creativity and interpretation as and when they arrive.
It is a consciousness of movement and life that leads to the discovery of what is generated “here and now”, something that comes from the very depth of energy itself, from the antique memory of the body of the heart.
These steps pass through four essential moments:

  • listening and observing
  • internal mobilization through different qualities of energy
  • the birth of a “dance”
  • exchange and sharing
Sensitive Dance  is done both indoors and out, in the studio and in the open air in natural surroundings that range from seas, deserts, mountains to olive groves.
These are moments when one may re-live essential impulses, those that are the very source of the form and structure of our species, experimenting adaptation as a state of permanent creation.
Re-discovering traces of evolutive passages in our muscular tissues we can recuperate the pleasure of essential movements ..  so necessary..   so profoundly human.
