Sensitive Dance

Sensitive Dance  has its roots in pedagogic research which takes advantage of movement as its applicative method.
It was born in 1990 from a time when  Claude Coldy met a French couple of osteopaths, J.L. Dupuy e M. Guyon.
Passing through some steps that involve Philogenesis, it is possible to re-live the process of the “verticalization” (from all-fours to two legs) of the human being.
The use of conscious movements proposed in Sensitive Dance favours personal development  and allows each and everyone to live their own body with a new form of self awareness.
It is essentially based on  respecting and listening to one’s body messages.
In the seminars, the group itself is lived as a form of sharing and discovery .Some of the elements developed at this stage are:  one’s “rooting”, presence, “verticalization”, orientation, opening up, the sense or non---sense, the expression of one’s own self, creativity.
Sensitive Dance  seminars are open to all those who have a minimum of basis of knowledge of their bodies and who wish to know more: dancers, actors, teachers, therapists of all kinds,  as well as all those who simply  wish to live an experience of conscious/unconscious movement.
